The Sustainable Development Impact Adviser is part of the PIDG impact team, responsible for driving and demonstrating the highest sustainable development impact in PIDG investments.
Under the overall guidance of the Senior Manager, the primary purpose of the role is:
(i) to support and progressively take responsibility for elements of PIDG’s sustainable development impact evaluation, research and learning activities and
(ii) to provide quality support to the implementation of PIDG impact management systems across the Group, both supporting impact specialists working directly with investment teams and as part of the central quality assurance mechanisms.
The individual will have knowledge and/or experience in assessing and evaluating the sustainable development impact of infrastructure projects or similar investments in emerging markets and developing economies, with strong quantitative analysis and research skills.
