Cecilie Sørhus serves as Chief of Staff and Global Head of Communications at the Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG), where she plays a central role in driving strategic priorities, organisational effectiveness, and global communications. In her dual capacity, she works closely with senior leadership to align cross-functional initiatives and strengthen PIDG’s external positioning and stakeholder engagement.
Prior to joining PIDG, Cecilie was part of a consultancy firm focused on leadership and sustainability, where she oversaw global communications and contributed to strategy development.
Cecilie worked at the Gates Foundation, leading communications across the UK, Nordics, and Middle East, and managing government and partner relations in the Nordic region. She has also served in various UK Government departments, including the Department for International Development (DFID), where she led communications for private sector development initiatives.
Cecilie brings experience spanning the public and private sectors, with deep expertise in strategic communications, brand development, stakeholder engagement, sustainability, and executive advisory support.
